Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop cost estimates for projects, products, or services by analyzing relevant data, such as materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs. - Evaluate historical cost data, current expenditures, and future cost projections to identify trends, variances, and potential cost-saving opportunities. - Assist in the development of budgets by providing accurate cost estimates and forecasts based on project requirements and market conditions. - Investigate and explain discrepancies between budgeted and actual costs, identifying factors contributing to variances and recommending corrective actions. - Prepare and present cost analysis reports, including cost breakdowns, cost- benefit analyses, and return on investment (ROI) assessments, to stakeholders and management. - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to gather relevant cost data, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment with project objectives. - Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization, and efficiency enhancements to support the organization's strategic goals and objectives. - Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, accounting standards, and company policies in cost estimation, reporting, and financial analysis activities. - Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field. ・Min. 2 years as Cost Accounting Mandarin Speaker ・Business Mandarin proficiency with basic English skill ・Able to use ERP (Accurate or similar) and MS EXCEL.
