Job Description
- Handling inquiries from Japanese-speaking customers (via phone, email, chat)
- Managing/planning events
- Managing and recording customer data
- Coordinating with other departments within the company to provide information
- Supporting conversations among children
- Supporting the development of new branches/franchises
- Other task as assigned
Job Requirement
・JLPT N1/N2
・Have work experience with customer relation or other related position
・Strong communication skills and ability to provide courteous service
・Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
・Ability to speak English
・Has experience handle Japanese is a plus point
*Fresh graduate ok if having stayed in Japan experience
