Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Managing customer inquiries, coordinating and handling airfreight and ocean freight shipments from end to end
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding the inquiries and shipments.
- Address customer questions and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Manage the logistics of airfreight and ocean freight shipments, including booking, tracking, and documentation.
- Collaborate with carriers, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process, proactively communicating with customers about any delays or changes.
- Utilize critical thinking to find effective solutions for customer needs.
Documentation and Compliance
- Prepare and handle all hands-on documentation from end to end, to ensure compliance with international regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications related to airfreight and ocean freight shipments.
- Work closely with the teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Assist in the development of operational improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor customer feedback and service metrics, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
- Other responsibilities as needed

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor’s Degree
・Min. Business Level English proficiency
・Min. 3 years of working experience in ocean and air freight industry and familiar with freight forwarding operations, documentation handling, regulations, and industry practices
・Proficient in Cargowise and Microsoft Office Suite
・Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service orientation.
