<Job Responsibilities>
- The main tasks are handling customer inquiries, communicating solutions to customers, producing forms and documents, interfacing with internal colleagues
- Handle customer maintenance, quotations, and exceptions.
- Responsible for daily follow up operation, cost application, customs clearance, delivery and receipt, bill confirmation and collection, data filing, etc.
- Consultation on export and import business, SOP process optimization, complete the work with the port of departure/destination.
- Assist the superior to complete other jobs.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Diploma Degree
・High conversational Mandarin and Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 1 year of Logistics/Automotive industry customer service experience
・Conscientious, meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork skills, high efficiency to carry pressure, strong service consciousness service skills and certain social activity ability.
