<Job Responsibilities> - Make sure of the import and export customs clearance process (on-site operation, document operation, familiar with the customs code) - Make sure of the situation of on- site customs clearance - Handle of on-site problems (able to solve problems during the inspection of goods) - Give effective suggestions on optimization of customs clearance process in order to ensure smooth customs clearance - Maintain good communication with customs and maintain good relationship with customs - Understand the problems of the existing customs clearance team and be able to give effective improvement programs - Other responsibilities as needed
