<Job Responsibilities> - Lead development and implementation of data solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and industry standards - Architect and design data solutions using AWS services and other relevant technologies - Oversee multiple data programs - Ensure effective data management and integration across various platforms - Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless data integration and management - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Computer Science ・Business English proficiency ・10+ years of experience in developing data solutions including for insurance industry, with experience of AWS core data services and data service design patterns, or a proven desire and ability to learn AWS services (core accountability of the role), good understanding of implementing multiple Data Programs viz. Data Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Advanced Analytics, Master Data Management, Data Modelling, Analytics and Virtualization. ・Experienced in established data technologies viz, data ingestion and emerging data tech, depth in data management and data integration technologies, experienced in emerging tools like parquet and iceberg, databases, and unstructured data. Must understand them sufficiently to guide the organization in understanding and adopting them, experienced in implementing architecting data solutions using the informatics, SQL server/Oracle ・Good work ethics, good interpersonal skill, good time management
