Job Description
◆Start-up operations of the base:
- Establishing the necessary rules for sending out technical intern trainees based on experience
- Set up evaluation system and salary structure
- Confirmation of recruitment channels for technical intern trainees
◆After setting up the base
- Management and operation of the entire base
- Support for candidate recruitment department, teaching department (Japanese language teachers) and documentation department (VISA support)
- Communication with companies in Japan
- Assist the representative in business strategy
- Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・More than business level Japanese
・Working experience in LPK industry as main career
・Management experience
・Willing to do various takes
