- Make maintenance plan, control, check the machine - Can do and follow hou-ren-sou culture - Communicate and organize mold team - Coordinate with stakeholder to solve maintenance problems - Operate press machine, grinding manual, Automatic Machine, Crane (1ton-5tons) - Measuring Instrument Micrometer, Caliper, Dial Gauge, Block Gauge, Pin Gauge, Meusuring Microscope, Automatic Measuring Microscope, Automatic Microscope Spring, Profile Microscope Contracer or Formester, Digital Microcope (HVX), Hardness Tester -Traial new mode, repair, setting, preventive, problem analyze, maintenancen and forming progressive machine press -Create manual chip-ups -Training member - Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Min 5 years experience as dies maintenance in automotive manufacture ・Min 2-3 years experience as leader in Japanese company handle end-to end dies ・Handling Machine Press 35 tons, 60 tons, 180 tons, 200 tones, 300 tones ・Udnerstand K3, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Toyota Production Systems
