Job Description
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, diagnosing and resolving electrical issues. - Participate in various electrical engineering projects, including design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems. - Identify and prepare necessary spare parts for maintenance and repair activities. - Maintain an inventory of critical spare parts to ensure quick response to equipment failures. - Develop and propose after-service solutions to customers. - Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide ongoing support. - Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
・Diploma's degree from any major. ・1 year of experience using AutoCAD 2D & 3D. ・Experience in Machine Installation (Line marking, Leveling, alignment, etc) ・Conversational English proficiency. ・Willing to work in Cikarang and Domestic.
