'To organize, control & execute project elements and to lead the technical workers with objective of ensuring that engineering
projects are completed according to project plans
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1 To supervise and control work implementation in project in order to ensure that all projects are run based on schedule and
problems that may arise in site can be solved earlier.
2 To prepare schedule of work in order to control that all works are done on schedule with adequate manpower.
3 To manage the handover of work, i.e. test and commissioning, in order to ensure that the work has been finished properly.
4 To distribute work implementation to engineers in order that all projects are handled properly
5 To supervise and investigate document used in project in order to settle the work at site.
6 Contributing through making good scheduling for engineers in implementing the project at site. Impacts by meeting customer's
requirements in terms of cost, quality, timelilness, safety & delivery.
Requirements :
- Min 2-3 years experience as Electrical Engineer
- Understand single line diagram, schematic diagram, multi diagram
- Understand about project management
- Understand about project estimation
- Computer literate
- Ready to be placed in any projects in Indonesia
- Able to work in a team
Preferable Requirements :
- Experience in working in Japanese company/PMA
- Experience in working in construction company
- Experience on electrical project estimation
Remuneration :
Basic salary, Transportation allowance, yearly bonus
