Responsibilities
- Make schedule maintenance of Nitriding Machine
- Make trouble report and solving report to theManager
- Attend meetings and liaise closely with client/consultant as well as local authorities pertaining to customers.
- Ensure quality of machine is up to specified requirements as well as maintenance program schedule
- Ensure quality product (QC) with hardnest testing method
- Monitoring delivery of materials and ensure that the quality types/dimension are as perspecifed requirement, such as: Nitrogen gas, Anmonia gas and NF3 gas.
- Purchase ordering material for consumable part and required part to supplier
Requirements
- Have experience as a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer for at least 1 year
- Japanese Language skill, at least JLPT Level N3
- Have a knowledge about NV Machine (Preferable)
