Job Description
Control and Monitor : 1. All process related to schedule, model or design product, process and material needed to manufacture product in order to design manufacture engineering planning in all production processes in order to design proper machine utilization 2. All costs associated with OPEX and CAPEX related to manufacture product development and process development in order to design engineering budget 3. All the standardization related to Product Development and Process Development so that according to standard that set by customer or international standard in order to design engineering standardization 4. The development of strategies related to marketing demand and ability to manufacture new product designs or competitive product modifications for product development in order to design product development for manufacture product 5. The development of strategies and ability to innovate competitive products (with Electrical & Mechanical in preferably AC Automotive Technology) in the framework of product development in order to design innovation development for manufacture product 6. The development of strategies related to the process and capability of creating new process designs or process modifications that have been in progress in order to achieve process development for manufacture product 7. System development related to manufacturing in terms of location, layout and flow, time, machine, and man in order to design the manufacturing system
Job Requirement
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) with Electrical / Mechanical Engineering background 2. Minimum experience as an Engineer for 10 years 3. Minimum experience in the automotive industry or similar for 8 years 4. Minimum 5 years last positioned as Product Development / Process Development / Engineering Senior Supervisor / Engineering Assistant Manager (Have subordinate) 5. Understanding & Familiar with : - Quality Management system – IATF 16949 and customer requirements - Safety Health & Environment Management System – ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 - Standard product, design & process (Customer Standard, Japan Industry Standard or other Applicable Standard) 6. Good knowledge and implementing (Conceptual, Planning, Organizing & Reporting) Engineering Process especially for AC technology, Electrical & Mechanical Technology 7. Able to apply core tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, Control Plan, etc) 8. Advanced computer skills on Ms. Office and related support design software (AutoCAD, Solidworks, etc) 9. Having good concept and implementing 5S 10. Having strong analytical thinking and problem solving skill 11. Business level in English
