Job Description
<Responsibility > - Responsible for the introduction, management and maintenance of automation equipment, solve equipment bottlenecks, and OEE and UPH in advance; - Responsible for product production process and technical efficiency optimization management, improve product production efficiency and product quality, and reduce costs through lean production; - Responsible for the work of process, equipment, engineering materials, PE, IE, to ensure that the product is put into production and meets the technical requirements of the product; - Maintenance and supervision of facilities for normal operation of supporting factories; - Developing the Engineering Organization; - Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor degree or above major in Engineering ・Business English proficiency ・Min. 10 years work experience in automotive or electronics, with at least 5 years as Senior Manager or 2 years as Director in Engineering (Mechanical, Process, Industrial and Manufacture Engineering) ・Min. 4 years of experience in the introduction and maintenance of automation equipment, proficiency in using Engineering 2D and 3D software, such as ProEng (creo), Autocad, etc. ・Own Certification of lean manufacturing, six sigma green belt of pref. black belt ・Have their own understanding of intelligent manufacturing and industry 4.0, overall strategical, planning capabilities and Team management
