<Job Responsibilities> - Lead and manage the engineering team, providing guidance and support to subordinates - Analyze and calculate engineering drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards - Handle design engineering, calculation design, and analysis design activities - Ensure all designs meet relevant standard codes - Collaborate with other departments to support production and assembly processes - Develop and implement engineering strategies to improve efficiency and quality - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Engineering ・Business English proficiency (able to speak with foreigners regarding technical topics with ease) ・Min. 7 years of Mechanical Engineering background with 2 years in the steel fabrication and 7 years in oil and gas experience, experienced in leading a team ・Experienced in design engineering, design analysis and calculation, with proficiency in standard codes such as ASME, API, ASTM and ISO ・Good communication skill, ability to work effectively, good leadership skill
