Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to ESG policies and procedures. - Create and execute ESG strategies, policies, and frameworks that align with the organization's values and goals. - Conduct thorough ESG assessments to identify key sustainability risks and opportunities - Monitor and report on ESG performance, ensuring transparency and accountability. - Develop and manage ESG disclosure obligations and technology systems. - Develop and implement community outreach programs to educate local residents about the factory's waste management practices and environmental safety measures. - Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and informational sessions to raise awareness about the potential impacts of toxic waste and proper disposal methods. - Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Min. Bachelor's degree ・Min. Business Level English proficiency (proficient for technical communication with European expats) ・Min. 7 year of experience as an ESG Compliance in footwear or garment industry with 3 years of experience as Assistant Manager, experienced in doing audit including online ・Familiar with standard of ESG regulation ・Good interpersonal communication skills and able to multitask
