Job Description
- Oversee the financial operations of the organization, including accounting, financial reporting, and analysis. - Prepare and review financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and cash flow statement) - Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls. - Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections in collaboration with other departments. - Conduct in-depth financial analysis, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and profitability. - Prepare financial reports for management and stakeholders. - Monitor the company’s cash flow, ensuring adequate funds are available for daily operations and strategic investments. - Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations. - Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process.
Job Requirement
・Diploma or Bachelor degree of Accounting, Finance or Financial Management. ・Minimum experience 5 years or more in related position ・ Strong understanding of accounting standards applicable to the manufacturing industry, such as IFRS, GAAP, or PSAK ・ Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and recommend actionable insights ・ Capable of addressing financial challenges unique to manufacturing, such as fluctuating material costs or operational inefficiencies ・ Excellent communication abilities to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders ・ Has the ability to communicate in English ・ Good communication abilities to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders ・Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including operations. ・Strong Leadership ・ Microsoft Office, Accurate System ・ Certified Public Accountant (CPA, CFA, CMA, FP & A) ・ Tax Brevet A & B
