Job Description
- Financial Reporting: Preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, with proficiency in SAP (including understanding, operation, and approval of journal entries).
- Accounts Payable/Receivable Management: Issuance of invoices, processing payments, and managing collections.
- Tax Compliance: Ensuring compliance with domestic and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Budget Management: assisting in the preparation of financial forecasts and business plans (including budgets).
- Internal audit: Coordination of internal audits (including accounting audits), handling corrective entries, and responding to external audits (e.g., tax investigations).
- Cash Flow Management, accounts Receivable/Payable Management, Fixed asset Management.
-.Payroll and attendance Management: Processing payroll and managing related employee benefits and attendance.
-.Legal, General affairs, HR, Payroll, and Statutory Welfare Compliance.
- Support for Japanese Expatriates, Their Families, and Business Travelers.

Job Requirement
- 1 years of experience in finance, tax, accounting, and bookkeeping.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in SAP (especially B1).
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Business level English
