Job Description
-Develop and enforce internal controls and procedures to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows
-Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
-Prepare and track bank transactions including loan, equity investment
-Issue invoices to customers and external partners
-Excute daily administrative operations
-Manage all tax filing and payment such as CIT, PIT and necessary Withholding Tax
-Lead communication with tax offices and keep the tax compliance.
-Any other task assigned by management team
-Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
-Assistant hiring and salary administration
-Assist in the preparition of regulary scheduled reports
-Manage a working permission, VISA and registrations required for an Expat.
-Any other task assigned by manager
-Prepare and organize contracts and other documents
-Manage purchasing, asset management, vendor management.
-Manage and record all incoming and outgoing documents
-Manage the regulation report as WLK and BKPM reports and corporate registration such as DoE, AoA etc.
-Any other task assigned by manager
Job Requirement
-Work experience as an accounting staff &back office
-Knowledge of accounting regulations & taxation
-English skill : Business level
-Good at PC skill : Excel, PP, Word above advanced level
