Job Description
- Manage daily financial, accounting, and tax operations
- Oversee and ensure timely progress of finance, accounting, tax, and audit matters, including budget monitoring and preparation
- Handle corporate matters, including internal audits related to financial, accounting, and tax issues by HQ
- Coordinate and collaborate with external service providers and government agencies on finance, accounting, tax, and related matters
- Build strong relationships with employees
- Provide honest and factual reporting to management
- Offer insights and recommendations on financial matters
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
- Business-level English
- At least 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager, handling FAT and payroll for a company (not a representative office)
- Strong understanding of financial management, including payroll and tax regulations, with knowledge of contract review processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
