<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth and market expansion
- Provide professional support to help improve business processes.
- Regularly issue management reports to identify and improve the existing problems in the operation.
- Establishing financial monitoring system, tracking business data, reporting on regular management reports, and providing timely financial analysis to the management.
- Manage accounts receivable, track overdue accounts receivable in a timely manner, and promote the recovery of accounts; -Monitor the fund situation of affiliated companies, and provide timely financial analysis to management.
- Team management, optimize workflow and improve overall efficiency.
- Monitoring the capital situation of affiliated companies, analyzing and forecasting the capital stock on a regular basis, and improving capital utilization;
- Comply with the financial system and management requirements, supervise and promote the implementation of relevant group systems in the branch.
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree or above, major in finance, accounting, finance-related
・Business Mandarin (able to speak and write fluently for business purposes) and Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 8 year experience in finance with min. 3 year experience as Manager.
・Have strong communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Certificate holder such as CICPA, ACCA, CMA, Indo CPA
・Financial experience in the freight forwarding and logistics industry
