Job Description
- Prepare and manage Profit & Loss (P&L) budgets and monthly analyses, including detailed expense tracking.
- Oversee monthly accounting closures and accounts payable (AP) functions, ensuring timely payments and effective management.
- Conduct tax analysis, filing, and reporting.
- Evaluate vendor performance, ensure procurement compliance, and manage purchase orders and contracts.
- Monitor and analyze finance KPIs in collaboration with global finance teams to identify process issues and develop improvement plans.
- Implement process and system enhancements with change management strategies and address quick-win improvements for minor issues.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree.
・Business English proficiency.
・5 years of experience as Team Lead from Consulting or Accounting Firm.
・Experience in commercial company Accounting, Treasury, and FP&A with strong and solid knowledge and people management skills.
・Experience in using SAP.
