Job Description
- Organize the composition of the number of workers and the work shift schedule - Ensure the achievement of finishing targets is under control - Ensure the quality of finishing production meets the standard - Conduct education, training and supervision to the team - Perform accurate and timely reports on finishing production results - Ensure the preparation of raw materials, auxiliary materials, and machine operations are ready to work according to the target. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Min. 5 years of experience in the timber industry. ・Min. 2 years of experience in the same field and level. ・Mastering the operation of finishing machines, spray paint, uv, woodworking / furniture ・Have knowledge about paint (PU, waterbased, and UV paint) ・Knowledge regarding basic manual spray technique ・Can manage team work well ・Have good logic, analysis, and problem-solving skills
