Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> (1) Management for tenant Fit-Out Work - Manage, collaborate, and supervise fit out companies that are architectural, MEP, security, and IT companies. - Review MEP construction drawings, coordinate work, and conduct on-site inspections. - Review BMS-related construction drawings. - Manage and keep the quality of building MEP facilities and conduct on-site inspection with tenant contractors. - Monitor the progress of tenant MEP work. - Collect submitted documents from tenants and fit out companies. - Establish and maintain good relationship between building and tenants. - Review the design drawings, specifications, and schedules for tenant Fit-out works. (2) Support for Ordering work Fit-out work - Support and control the quality and schedule for Fit-out work (e.g., inner corridors, additional boundary walls for tenants) . - Control orders for long lead-time materials. - Create a stock material list. ・Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・At least 5 years of MEP experience (can be from consultant or construction background) and having good knowledge of them. Specifically, on mechanical and plumbing and on electrical.
