Job Description
Responsibilities
- Answer the phone at the front desk to respond to current and prospective guests’ needs
- Book reservations for individuals, families and groups as required
- Greet walk-in guests and guests with reservations when they arrive at the front desk
- Schedule special services, such as spa treatments, when guests inquire
- Refer guests to local amenities and venues
- Communicate guests’ requests and complaints to the appropriate department
Requirements
- Have a minimum of D3 degree in hotel / tourism or equivalent
- Have customer service experiences, in Front Office within the Service Apartment is preferred
- Have a high level of commercial awareness and sales capabilities
- Fluent English for both verbal and written
- Have ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Have flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations
- Have ability to work under pressure
