Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.
- Oversee the operations and development of the group finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
- Report regularly to Board of Directors
- Coordinate with Directors from sister companies
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor's Degree in Economy, accounting, or business
・Min. High Conversation level English Proficiency
・Min. 5 years as Senior Manager Finance, Accounting and Tax in Leasing or Banking, overseeing operations of all branches, experienced in reporting to OJK.
・Good leadership skill, Smart, good management skill, and energetic
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Own CA, CPA, CFA or other similar certification.
