Job Description

- To draft, review amend and negotiate contracts including other legal documents with various stakeholders
- To advise all subsidiaries on various commercial matters and support on a wide range of legal activities;
-  To conduct day-to-day legal related matters, including supporting commercial and legal negotiation with stakeholders and working
with external lawyers where necessary;
- To support key HR related matters;
- To Monitor and provide updates on regulations or laws related to legal implementation within the company
- To perform any legal services or tasks as necessary as assigned and required by supervisor e.g. research, litigation support,
document control, and contract management etc.
- To draft, update, and maintain necessary company documents in compliance with corporate laws, including, but not limited to,
Articles of Incorporation, minutes of Board of Directors meetings, minutes of Shareholder meetings and other documents required
by law.
-  To collaborate with Asia Regional Head of Legal and Global Legal Group.
- To handle any other legal related ad hoc tasks as assigned
-  Provide legal advice to support company activities, including those in related fields, and will adapt to the cultural context of each 
country. This may include areas such as negotiations with labor unions. 
- Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

・Bachelor's degree from Law from reputable university
・Min 3-5 years experience as Manager/ GM corporate legal in automotive manufacture
・Hold PKPA certificate
・Business level of English
・Experience in drafting and reviewing agreements with foreign companies
・Knowledge and practical experience in the following legal areas: contract, corporate law, labor law, general commercial law and regulatory compliance.
・ Experience managing external counsel and litigation is preferred
・ Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
・Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
