Job Description
- Prepare financial reports, analyze and communicate company performance on time accounting reporting to internal and external parties. - Carry out the function of monitoring financial transactions and ensuring that all financial processes and transactions are carried out according to procedures. - Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with applicable Accounting Regulations and Tax Regulations. - Manage the Accounting function in processing financial data and information to produce accurate financial reports required by the Company in accordance with applicable accounting guidelines. - Review and improve SOPs related to Finance and Accounting for the purpose of work effectiveness and efficiency. - Plan and coordinate the development of financial and accounting systems and procedures, as well as control implementation to ensure all financial processes and transactions run in an orderly manner. - Supervise taxation and control financial implementation. - Coordinate with external audits, financial inspections by external government agencies and other related matters. - Provide input/suggestion to improve the Company's performance in terms of Finance and Accounting. - Prepare other reports requested by both internal and external parties. -Managed internal IT team -Other task as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor degree from Accounting or Finance ・Min more than 10 years of experience as FA Manager in Manufacture Plastics/packaging/conversion ・Oversee 2 offices and 2 department ・Business level in English ・Excellent problem-solving, decision making, strong leadership and communication skills
