Job Description
- Oversee and manage daily administrative operations
- Develop, update, and implement regulatory policies and procedures for administrative, financial, human resources, and legal in cooperation with the Asia branch & HQ
- Manage overall corporate matters, such as internal audits by HQ, BOD resolutions, and shareholder resolutions
- Maintain records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Handle HR matters, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, including the employee handbook, in coordination with Asia branch HR
- Oversee the Finance and HRGA Manager to ensure the timely management of finance, accounting, tax, and audit matters, including budget monitoring and preparation
- Coordinate and collaborate with external service providers and government agencies for finance, accounting, tax, HR, and other related subjects
- Oversee the Office Management Assistant to manage contract renewals related to company operations and secure office supplies, equipment, and other needs
- Provide honest and factual reporting to management
- Offer insights and recommendations on administrative, financial, and HR matters
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or a related field
- Business-level English
- At least 5 years of working experience as an Administration Manager, handling administrative, financial, human resources, and legal matters in a company (not a representative office)
- Strong understanding of financial management and HR practices, including payroll and tax regulations, with knowledge of contract review processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
