<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide advisory services on labor issues to Japanese clients.
- Address and manage client queries and requests.
- Offer strategic and practical solutions for labor compliance issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor consulting services to meet their specific requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest labor laws and regulations
- Ensure all consulting activities comply with relevant labor laws.
- Mentor and train junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Other task as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor’s degree in Law is preferred.
・Japanese business level
・Proven experience with either
1: Working experience in Law firm or Labor consulting service as consultant
OR
2: Working experience in corporate company as IR position
