<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop operating plans and business processes aligned with departmental strategy.
- Manage projects, set objectives, monitor progress, and make decisions impacting department.
- Provide alternative solutions leveraging broader organization.
- Ensure proper financial management, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for all M&S business units.
- Provide leadership to the finance team.
- Establish reporting tools and metrics to measure and evaluate performance.
- Lead continuous improvement of finance practices.
- Enhance team capabilities through effective staffing and development.
- Provide direction, coaching, and guidance to associates.
- Develop knowledge of key business factors, drive cost-effective marketing, and prepare strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Identify and implement improvements to business processes.
- Manage projects, assist associates, ensure internal controls, and document operational processes.
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Accounting
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 10 years in Accounting Finance with 5 year in managerial level, experienced in a dynamic industry (property, retail, insurance, banking, timeshare) including in multinational companies
・Experienced in a dynamic environment including doing forecast once a week
・Good communication skill, good interpersonal skill, strong analytical skill and leadership skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Own CA or CPA
