Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Lead and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring efficient task distribution and high performance. - Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as needed - Oversee the operation and maintenance of all electrical systems. - Ensure the reliability of backup power systems. - Supervise troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in control panels and automated systems - Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all mechanical systems - Maintain an inventory of critical spare parts for electrical and mechanical systems. - Manage procurement processes, ensuring high-quality components within budget constraints. - Track usage of spare parts and forecast future needs to avoid operational disruptions - Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Min. College Diploma in Engineering ・Min. Basic English proficiency ・Min. 7 year of experience as Supervisor of Mechanical & Electrical Technician in a Farm company or automotive company ・Good time management skills and able to multitask <Preferrable Skill / Experience > ・Working experience in a family company
