Job Description
● Monitor and manage activities across all retail channels to ensure optimal performance and alignment with brand objectives.
● Lead product allocation, pricing strategies, and launch planning to optimize stock levels and drive profitability.
● Plan and manage OTB budgets, product buying events, and inventory control to meet sales forecasts and market demand.
● Oversee and ensure that each store meets profitability goals, adjusting strategies as needed.
● Develop strategies for store expansion and manage the opening of new locations.
● Lead initiatives for product development, including seasonal trends and market-driven product innovations.
● Design and implement effective promotional strategies and activities across all channels to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
● Establish and manage collaborations with brands and other strategic partners to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
● Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends, create forecasts, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
● Stay informed on retail trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to adapt and refine in-store and online strategies.
● Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
● At least Bachelor's degree from any major
● Proven experience as a Retail Manager for at least 4 years or in a similar senior management role from a big fashion brand companies
● Business Level of English
● Strong knowledge of retail management and merchandising best practices.
● Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
● Excellent organizational skills and the ability to drive projects from strategy through execution.
● Strong commercial acumen with an analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis.
● Ability to operate Microsoft Excel
● Has experience in handling store expansion or opening
● Has great networking with people from Retail
