<Job Responsibilities>
- Client development
- Maintain existing clients and projects
- Do market research for business opportunities
- Make proposals, and handle all necessary processes for bidding, or project acquisition
- Participate in bidding and industry events
- Plan and strategize for sales and client & project acquisition
- Liaise and coordinate with management, all necessary internal parties and external parties to improve processes
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree
・Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 5 years of experience as Sales & Business Development handling HORECA Industry, experienced in acquiring projects and has good networking in the industry
・Able to work alone or with minimum team member
・Proactive, eager to learn and grow, initiative, high achiever, hard working, enthusiastic, excellent communication skill
・Willing to work in a family company
