Job Description
- Assist the HR Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the HR Department
- Manage recruitment and onboarding, employee engagement, training development, industrial relations, HR administration, and the implementation of HR policies and compliance within the company
- Ensure that HR practices align with the organization’s strategic goals and labor regulations
- Support the HR Manager in developing and managing effective industrial relations strategies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, facilitating communication between management and employees, and handling disputes and negotiations
- Perform any other tasks or projects as assigned from time to time
Job Requirement
- Min. bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology, or a related field
- Proficient in business-level English, both oral and written
- Min. of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity as an HR Generalist
- Has Certified Human Resources Management Professional (CHRMP) certification
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and government regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
