Job Description

- Recruiting new employees
- Managing the administration of employee benefits and pensions
- Ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of all employees
- Organizing employee training sessions
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance
- Advising line managers and other employees regarding the employment law and the employer's employment policies and procedures
- Advising on disciplinary issues and employee performance problems
- Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions, and redundancy packages with staff and trade union representatives
- Planning internal events with other admin staff
- Ensuring a conducive working environment where all the staff work happily and professionally
- Other related duties as assigned

Job Requirement

- Have 5 years of experience working in HR roles; the latest ideal role would be Supervisor/Assistant Manager
- Sufficient knowledge in handling general HR matters, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, HR administration, and industrial/labor law
- Minimum 3 years of experience staying in one company
- Business proficiency in English
