<Job Responsibilities>
Mission : Responsible for HR and GA operation
・Prepare-review-revise documents and maintain information regarding;
・Assist the HR&GA Manager;
・Implement HR workflow processes, rules and regulations.
・Recruitments;
・Employee administration;
・Manage administrative, clerical, and archival tasks.
・Create and implement the rule and workflow of procurement of office appliance including stationery, furniture or IT devices.
・Management of security and order, property protection, and workplace sanitation
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Minimum 5 years of HRGA Assistant Manager in MNC or Japanese company
・Understanding of labor law and making HR policy & systems(Such as Job classification system, salary system, evaluation system, etc.)
・Have will to support other branch in West Java *Sometime required to visit other branch.
・Business level of English
