Job Description

- Prepare HR and vessel budgets
- Manage employee benefits (Jakarta, branch offices, and vessels)
- Handle BPJS (Jakarta and branch offices)
- Monitor employee attendance in Jakarta
- Manage the recruitment process for employees (Jakarta, branch offices and vessels)
- Address labor issues (Jakarta and branch offices)
- Responsible for purchasing vessel supplies (verify order lists and invoices, and control expenses)
- Collaborate with the Vessel Coordinator at locations during ship docking (vendor selection, invoice verification, and controlling the docking process)
- Manage matters related to land rental, locations (base camp), and buildings
- Handle benefits received by foreign workers (Japanese)
- Conduct occasional checks on invoice payments
- Manage permits such as AKTA, NIB, PKKPRL, HGU/HGB, SIUP, SIKPI, and Ship Radio (Jakarta, office branches, vessels)
- Manage LKPM (Capital Investment Activity Reports) administration
- Manage foreign worker administration (RPTKA, IMTA, VISAs, EPO, KITAS, WLKP) (Jakarta and office branches)
- Oversee tasks related to export, import, and domestic shipping
- Handle matters related to the implementation of internal company regulations (Jakarta, branch offices and vessels), employment contracts, and other HR tasks
- Represent the company in relations with external parties
- Manage office infrastructure and work environment
- Handle HR tasks for subsidiaries in Flores
- Undertake business trips out of Java island (branch offices and subsidiaries)

Job Requirement

・At least bachelor's degree from Faculty of Law, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Faculty of Economics and Business, Faculty of Psychology, Faculty of Administrative from Grade-A University 
・At least 3-5 years experience working with similar jobdesk especially handling export-import, permits and contracts of foreign workers 
・Experience in handling foreign workers administrative (RPTKA, IMTA, VISA, EPO, KITAS, WLKP)
・Experience handling subordinates especially Purchasing staff
・Experience interacting with government bureaucracy
・Able to operate Microsoft Office: Excel (Average, SUM-IF, Vlookup)
・Willing to do business trips outside Java island if needed (NTT, Sulawesi)
・Not a job-hopper
・Willing to learn new things and honest
