<Position Objective/Expectation >
-Responsible for Human resource management and General affairs
<Job Responsibilities>
- Resume screening, interview, exchanging contracts for recruitment, and other tasks for recruitment
- Planning and execution of induction and training program for on-boarding training and management training
- Checking and improving internal HR system
- Managing team members (HR and GA members)
- Attendance management and payroll management
- labor management like ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Internal control and penalty response following HR policy with updating
- OSS registration
- Management office equipment (Inventory control) and preparation of internal event
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Business language of English
・Working experience in Japanese company as HR GA assistant manager up
・Deep understanding of concept for Ho-Ren-So
・Experience of handling OSS registration
・Experience planning and execution of internal transfer and HR strict judgment for breaking company policy by members
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in Japanese manufacturing or trading company
