Job Description
- Oversee payroll processes in alignment with the company’s compensation and benefits strategy (include about wage standards, and salary concepts).
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies systems and procedures aligned with company objectives and industry competitiveness.
- Manage and oversee HR-related databases, including HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and time attendance systems.
- Knowledgeable about labor laws and other regulations related to employment, also PPH 21.
- Develop and implement the concept of grading systems and the mechanism for their creation.
- Manage the budget for compensation and benefits programs ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Management or a related field
・Minimum 10 years' experience in Compensation benefits, Grading system, Organization development, preferably within the FMCG industry.
・Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and capable of providing data reports.
・ Accustomed to operating, verifying, and monitoring large amounts of data.
・High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
・Conversational English
