- Responsible for handling the full spectrum of HR, recruitment, and administration management, including setting up company policies and regulations - Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy - Handle payroll of all employee - Assisting HQ when visit Indonesia Office -Other tasks as assigned
