◆ Making and controlling long-term plans, work plans, and budgets for the field of human resources.
◆Manageing and organizeing performance evaluation system
◆Ensureing the effectiveness and efficiency of utilization, fostering and developing human resources.
◆Creating HR strategy and planning
◆Managing and fostering the staffing administration and employee welfare
◆Managing the field of industrial relations (such as dealing with work unions)
◆Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
◆Have experience as min. Assistant Manager level for min. 3-5 years
◆Has experience in Manufacturing company total min. 10 years
◆Management Skill
◆Communication Skill
◆Business English
◆Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Bekasi
