<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and do HR activities
- Compensation and benefit
- Improve HR regulations
- Make sure to be updated with labor law and that it is applicable
- Training and Development such as designing training program for stores' staff
- Supporting HR Senior manager such as reporting related to HR update, Budgeting to BOD, including PPT creation.
- Involved in Recruitment activities
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 10 years of experience as Human Resource in Retail industry or Financial or Trading industry and managing several branches as HR.
・Rich experience making the PPT for BOD meeting for HR topics
・Good work ethics, good interpersonal skill, willing to improve and grow, good leadership skill
