- Creating, integrating, and executing Human Capital strategies to optimize employee performance and organizational efficiency.
- Designing and implementing training programs aimed at people and organizational development, ensuring alignment with current and future business objectives.
- Establishing, enhancing, and refining effective strategies to strengthen recruitment and selection processes across all hiring levels.
- Reviewing and enhancing the compensation and benefits structure to remain competitive and compliant with regulations.
- Overseeing and improving Human Capital functions, including employee administration, HRIS, and industrial relations.
- Other task as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's Degree in any field from a reputable university.
・A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Head in the retail industry is preferred.
・Capable of designing an HR Roadmap.
・Skilled in analyzing and preparing training matrices and overseeing their implementation.
・Proficient in developing strategies for people and organizational development.
・Experienced in establishing, enhancing, and refining effective recruitment and selection strategies.
・Able to manage payroll processes and evaluate compensation packages to ensure competitiveness.
・Knowledgeable in drafting employment contracts and other documents in compliance with legal standards and regulations.
・Possesses in-depth understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
・Has experience managing industrial relations with labor unions.
・Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
・Solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws, rules, and regulations.
・Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
・Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
