Job Description
- Responsible in handling general HR work.
- In charge of KPI Performance Management and HR Planning.
- Make future improvement regarding company's labor laws and regulations for company SOP.
- Responsible in handling industrial relations.
- Assisting HR team for recruitment & Selection.
- Handling company's training & development for internal purpose.
- Responsible in handling employee's compensation & benefit
- Create good environment with employee relation and organization development.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Business English proficiency.
- Must experience in using Sunfish Payroll system (GreatDay).
- 3 years of experience as HR from any Manufacture.
- Proficient in the HR modules (Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefit, Employee Relation, Industrial Relations, KPI Performance Management, Organization Development and HR Planning).
- Handle Audit ISO 14001, FSSC v6, SMETA.
