Job Description

-Ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations																										
-Gather and analyse market data to measure the competitiveness of compensation and benefit package, and make recommendation as appropriate																										
-Assist with the annual salary review process and control payroll process																										
-Develop people development (career path, training, competency and Evaluation system) that meet with company business strategies																										
-Review employee annual performance appraisal																										
-Manage employee medical scheme, health issues and medical referrals																										
-Undertake other tasks as agreed with the Superior																										
-Ensure training is conducted according to the Training Plan																										
-Other Human Resource Matters																										

Job Requirement

・Min Bachelor's degree from psychology, legal or management
・Min 10 years of experience as HR Manager in Japanese manufacture 
・Business level of English
・Experience in employee development program, compensation and benefit
・Proven strategical thinking and leadership
