Job Description
-Recruiting: Identifies, interviews, and facilitates the hiring process.
-Payroll Management: Manage employee payroll and payments.
-Leave Management: Receives and approves employee leave requests, records and manages employee leave usage
-Labor Law Compliance: Assists in ensuring the company operates in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
-Employee Training: Plan and conduct onboarding of new employees and training for existing employees to enhance their skills.
-Performance Management: Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback.
-Benefits Administration: Design and administer employee benefit plans.
-Work Environment: Implement measures to provide a safe and comfortable work environment.
-Employee relations management: Resolve problems and issues among employees and maintain a positive work environmen
-Other related tasks as signed
Job Requirement
・Have bachelor degree
・Above high conversational level English
・At least 3 years experience as HR in manufacturing company
・A person who can handle all HR tasks alone
・Have experience to do tasks related to this company's job responsibilities
・Willing to work for a newly established company
