Job Description
- Monitoring and managing the work of his subordinates includes Compensation and Benefit, Recruitment, Training, Industrial Relations, Performance Management, Career Planning.
- Conduct mediation with Labor Unions, Manpower Office, PHI and other parties, when there is a distribution or dispute
- Make analysis/report related to employment such as absent, overtime, turnover, disputes, etc.
- Presentation of analysis results to management / HR Region Singapore.
- Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree any major
・3 years of experience as HR handling subordinates from manufacture
・Business English proficiency.
・Experienced with Cooperation Institute (LKS) Bipartite.
・Up-to-date with Indonesian Work Labor Union Act and know the difference between old and new act.
