Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of personnel operations, including payroll, employee training, performance evaluation, and recruitment processes.
- Utilize and manage HP systems and related applications to enhance HR operations and efficiency.
- Ensure company HR practices comply with applicable labor laws and internal regulations. Candidates with prior compliance experience will be given preference.
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, promoting engagement, and implementing effective HR policies.
- Plan, coordinate, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and professional growth.
- Manage recruitment strategies and oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to track and enhance employee performance.
- Other task as assigned
Job Requirement
・Experience at least 5-8 years in HR field including as HR SPV in a Manufacturing Company.
・Focusing in handling payroll, training, personnel evaluation, recruitment
・Experience with HP systems or similar applications is required (sunfish, SAP, talent, mekari)
・Familiarity with compliance processes and labor law is preferred.
・Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
・Having Business English skills
