Job Description

- Regularly update job descriptions and pursue a better organization chart annually.
- Establish recruiting, testing, interviewing programs; advise on candidate selection; analyze exit interviews.
- Create and conduct orientation and training programs, evaluate semi-annually.
- Conduct pay surveys, prepare budgets, monitor pay actions, revise pay structures annually.
- Study and assess benefits needs, report annually.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian HR laws, maintain records, represent at hearings.
- Prepare and update HR and company policies annually.
- Filing systems, maintain records confidentially.
- Attend workshops, review publications, propose new educational programs annually.
- Counsel and discipline employees, plan and appraise job results annually.
- Negotiate with labor unions for better benefits and working conditions.
- Update and revise company guidelines depending on changes of circumstances.
- Administer regulations, general support for legal documents, ensure cleanliness and transportation.
- Minimize administrative expenses within the budget.
- Maintain and conduct annual physical counts of fixed assets.
- Plan, and monitor employees to provide IT environment without complaints from employees.
- Coordinate resources and schedules to complete projects on time.
- Implement disaster recovery, back-up procedures, and security measures.
- Recommend IT strategies by evaluating outcomes and trends, propose improvements biannually.
- Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

・Bachelor's degree
・Business English proficiency.
・7 years as HRGA Manager from any manufacturing.
