<Job Responsibilities>
- Check and review vendor/supplier contracts
- Make sure all legal documents are filed
- Procure office supplies and make sure all facilities are well maintained
- Support HR tasks/operations
- Do administrative duties
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Bachelor's degree from reputable university in Law
・Business English proficiency (proficient in communicating with expatriate for business matters)
・Min. 4 years of working experience as HRGA Legal handling Legal, Office Procurement, HR and GA in foreign company
・Proficient in MS Office
・Good coordination skill, meticulous, able to multitask, good time management
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in Trading company, IT Hardware company such as IoT company
